Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to support our team in daily operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office workflows, managing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional support to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and document preparation.
  • Maintain and organize company records, files, and databases.
  • Support team projects by preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis as needed.
  • Liaise with clients and internal departments to facilitate smooth communication.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events or meetings.
  • Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
